East of Hudson Corporation - Stormwater Retrofit Project

The proposed activity is the excavation for a stormwater retrofit project to treat the Town's requirements as part of the EOHWC, in compliance with their MS4 Permit Requirements.  The project will divert water quality volume to a treatment area prior to discharge to Hallock's Mill River and the Muscoot Reservoir.  This is a previously approved stormwater retrofit.
