Yorktown Stage Presents The Sound of Music Starting Saturday
February 27, 2025 –Yorktown Stage will open its new production of the beloved musical, The Sound of Music, on March 1st.
The Sound of Music tells the inspiring tale of Maria, a spirited young woman who brings joy, music, and love into the lives of Captain Von Trapp and his seven children in pre-World War II Austria. This professionally produced Broadway musical features a talented cast delivering unforgettable performances of iconic songs such as "Do-Re-Mi," "The Sound of Music," "Lonely Goatherd," and "Edelweiss."
