• Active status indicates that your application was chosen by random lottery and your application is actively pending.
• Inactive status indicates that your application was not initially placed on the waiting list and your application was denied or you were active but a response to the most recent mailing to applicant was not returned by the deadline.

There is no representation regarding length of time on the waiting list or eligibility for assistance.  there is no information available regarding position on the list.

If you are active on the waiting list and your legal mailing address changes or you must change your income, assets or household composition, you must notify the Housing Authority in writing to maintain your waiting list status.  The mailing address can be found on this website.
