Pending Projects

The Rezoning Petition requests a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone property located at 3303 Crompond Road (existing BJ's Wholesale Club) and a portion of the property located at 3333 Crompond Road (existing Staples Plaza), also known as 36.06-7-75 & 76 on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map, from C-1 to C-3 in order to allow a BJ's member gasoline filling station. 

The BJ's building is located on Lot 75, owned by Realty Income Pennsylvania Properties Trust 2, and it is requested to rezone the entire 7.3 acres to C-3.  Only 2.8 acres of Lot 76, owned by UB Yorktown, LLC and commonly known as the Staples Plaza, is requested to be rezone to C-3.  In this request, the rest of Lot 76 would remain C-1.
