Who: Supervisor Matt Slater, town officials and Bird Bus Sales & Service Rick Reichenbach

What: Bird Bus will rehabilitate and move into a long-empty Kia dealership on Route 202. Yorktown officials will use back taxes paid in the sale of the property to create a Taxpayer Protection Fund to offset property tax burdens created by Payment In Lieu of Taxes agreements.
