Proposed project is for an active senior community with onsite medical support services.  The property is 21.64 acres and it is proposed to rezone the property from an R1-20 Single Family District to an RSP-2 Senior Citizens District.  The project will consist of three multi-story residential apartment-style buildings with a mix of 144 one- and two-bedroom residences.
