1. PUBLIC HEARING:

Proposed local law to consider amending Local Law 7 of 2010 relating to a Retirement Incentive Program for Eligible Town Employees as authorized by Chapter 105, Laws of 2010 of the State of New York.

2. RESOLUTIONS:
    Requests from the Town Board:

Approve revised policy on medical benefits for elected officials

Approve hiring Haroff Auction & Realty, Inc. to conduct an auction of Town Owned Property on September 29, 2010.

3. DISCUSSION:

Review of contract regarding 563 Underhill Avenue

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION:

The Town Board will go immediately into an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the employment of particular individuals and litigation.
