EARLY VOTING DAYS & HOURS FOR

THE FEDERAL/STATE PRIMARY ELECTION

June 25, 2024

These are the hours for early voting in the Primary Election being held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in the Town of Yorktown for the 2024 Federal/State Primary Election.

There is a Countywide Democratic Party Primary and a Working Families Party Primary in Congressional District 17.

ONLY registered voters enrolled in these parties are eligible to vote in the Primary Election.

Primary Election – Tuesday, June 25, 2024

Early Voting Dates & Times:

  • Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 16, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Monday, June 17, 2024 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 18, 2024 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 19, 2024 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
  • Friday, June 21, 2024 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 22, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 23, 2024 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Early Voting Locations: Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center Gym, 1974 Commerce Street, Yorktown, NY 10598 (please enter from the Veterans Road entrance to the back of the building) and the Jefferson Village Annex, 3500 Hill Boulevard, Yorktown, NY 10598.

Deadline for Voter Registration: June 15, 2024 (last day application must be received by the Board of Election)

Deadline for Absentee / Early Mail Ballot Application: June 15, 2024

Deadline for Absentee / Early Mail Ballot Delivery: June 25, 2024 (last day application must be received in person or postmarked to the Board of Elections)

The Federal/State Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. If you choose to vote on that day, please vote at your usual polling location.
