Request for Proposals - Adaptive Reuse of the Field Home

The Town of Yorktown (“Town”) is seeking to obtain proposals for the disposition of interest in real property and adaptive reuse of a historic property known as the “Field Home.”  The property to be offered includes an approximately 2.45-acre parcel surrounding a former home.  The Town seeks to offer this historic building and site for adaptive reuse by qualified entities in a manner that preserves the historic character and elements of the building while returning it to productive use.
