NY Forward Downtown Revitalization Grant Funding Informational Meeting

The Town of Yorktown is excited to announce an open call for projects aiming to secure either a 10 million dollar NY DRI grant or a 4.5 million dollar grant from NY Forward for downtown revitalization. This initiative invites businesses, industry groups, cultural organizations, developers, non-profits, and property owners to submit potential projects that will enhance the community, including new construction (residential, mixed-use, hotels, etc.), renovation of existing buildings, and façade improvements. An informational meeting will be held on October 1st at 3:00 PM at the Town Hall to discuss the application process and project guidelines.
