April 7, 2025 – The recent grand openings of three new businesses have added more momentum to Yorktown’s vibrant business landscape.

All three of the small businesses are in or near the booming Yorktown Green shopping center, which has undergone a remarkable commercial renaissance since 2021.

“We are incredibly excited to welcome these diverse businesses to Yorktown,” said Yorktown Supervisor Ed Lachterman. “While we are proud to attract national retailers like Five Below and Walgreens, it’s equally important to recognize that Yorktown is a thriving market for small and family-owned businesses. Don Pablo, El Macho, and Art-N-Soul exemplify the entrepreneurial spirit we cherish in our community.”

Don Pablo Authentic Mexican Cuisine and Tequila has opened its doors at 347 Downing Drive within the Yorktown Green shopping center next to T.J. Maxx. El Macho Pizzeria & Pasta, which offers a delicious selection of Italian favorites, opened its doors at 368 Downing Drive.

For those seeking artistic expression, Art-N-Soul Art Studio at 358 Downing Drive provides a creative haven for both children and adults. The studio offers a variety of art classes and hosts engaging themed events like Glow-in-the-dark Paint Night.

The arrival of these new businesses further strengthens the local economy and provides residents and visitors with even more options for dining, entertainment, and cultural enrichment.
