Submission Deadlines

Deadlines for Plans Submitted
to the Planning Department for Planning Board Agenda Items

All materials requested by the Planning Board must be received by 5 pm on the deadline date. No materials will be accepted after the deadline. Submission by the deadline date, however, does not ensure placement on the Board’s next agenda. Planning Board meetings are scheduled to conclude no later than 11:00 pm, therefore items may be held for the next available agenda.
 
Applicants are responsible for submitting the requested number of full size signed & sealed drawings (30" x 40"maximum) as well as a PDF copy of the drawings to the Planning Department. The applicant also must submit all other documents required by the Planning Board, including fees, prior to placement on the agenda. 

Plans are to be submitted during business hours to the Planning Department located at the Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center, Room 222; 1974 Commerce Street, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598.
