Pending Projects

Westchester Modular Homes has submitted a stormwater permit application.  Work includes approximately 319 cubic yards of excavation for a new foundation and the installation of three 330XLHD Cultecs to handle water quality volume for the footprint of a new residence.

Creative Living has requested a rezone of the 49.6 acre property located at 3000 Navajo Road for the purpose of redevelopment as a mixed use commercial recreation and residential, common wall housing.  The applicant seeks to construct the following:  23,000 square foot athletic facility, 5500 square foot club house, and a multifamily building proximate to the Navajo entrance to the property, together with two clusters of multifamily buildings.  

Underhill Soundview LLC (Applicant), owner of property located at 370 Underhill Avenue, Yorktown Heights as submitted a formal application to allow for a proposed redevelopment project to be reviewed under the newly adopted planned overlay district regullations.

The proposal is a mixed-use residential/retail and office project with elements of revitalized green and open space incorporated into the overall design.

The proposed activity is the excavation for a stormwater retrofit project to treat the Town's requirements as part of the EOHWC, in compliance with their MS4 Permit Requirements.  The project will divert water quality volume to a treatment area prior to discharge to Hallock's Mill River and the Muscoot Reservoir.  This is a previously approved stormwater retrofit.

The New York City Department of Environmental Protection has submitted an application and plans for the replacement of the Baptist Church Road Bridge in the Town of Yorktown.  The scope of this project includes full replacement of the existing bridge, which is beyond its useful life.  The new bridge will have twelve foot travel lanes and two foot shoulders on both sides.  Select trees and rock outcroppings within the project will be removed to improve sight distance and guiderailing will be replaced, and restoration activities will be provided.

A special use permit application has been received by Island Pump & Tank Corp for work to be done at 930 East Main Street, Shrub Oak, NY.  Work includes sign replacement and replacement of underground fuel storage tanks and piping, fuel dispensers and associated concrete and electric.

Property owners John and Elaine Kincart are proposing 4 new single-family residential lots at 1643 Maxwell Drive.  The lots will be served by Town sewer and water, with stormwater management.  Initially a Conventional Subdivision Plan is proposed, with the possibility of a Flexibility Subdivision Plan.
