PUBLIC NOTICE
EARLY VOTING DAYS & HOURS FOR
THE WESTCHESTER COUNTY SPECAL ELECTION
FOR COUNTY EXECUTIVE (UNEXPIRED TERM)
FEBRUARY 1, 2025 – FEBRUARY 9, 2025

The Westchester County Board of Elections has announced the times and locations for early voting in the Special Election for County Executive (Unexpired Term).

Early voting will take place from Saturday, February 1, 2025 through Sunday, February 9, 2025. Polling locations for early voting in the Town of Yorktown are the Albert A. Capellini Community & Cultural Center Gym, 1974 Commerce Street, Yorktown, NY 10598 (please enter from the Veterans Road entrance to the back of the building) and the Jefferson Village Annex, 3500 Hill Boulevard, Yorktown, NY 10598.

Early Voting Dates & Times:

  • Saturday, February 1, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 2, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Monday, February 3, 2025 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Tuesday, February 4, 2025 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
  • Wednesday, February 5, 2025 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.
  • Friday, February 7, 2025 from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
  • Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, February 9, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Deadline for Voter Registration: February 1, 2025 (last day application must be received by the Board of Elections)

Deadline for Absentee / Early Mail Ballot Applications:  February 1, 2025 (last day application must be received by the Board of Elections)

Deadline for Absentee / Early Mail Ballot Submission (postmarked or in person): February 11, 2025

Election Day for the Special Election is Tuesday, February 11, 2025.  If you choose to vote on that day, please vote at your usual polling location.
