Minor Subdivision Application

A minor subdivision is any subdivision of a tract of land containing nor more than 5 lots, fronting on an existing street, not involving any new street or road, not adversely affecting the development of the remainder of the parcel or adjoining properties and not in conflict with any provision of or portion of the Comprehensive Plan, Official Map, or Chapter 300, Zoning.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THE PLANNING BOARD MUST INCLUDE A COVER LETTER EXPLAINING WHAT WAS REVISED ON THE PLANS SINCE THE LAST MEETING THE PROJECT WAS ON THE AGENDA AND AN ITEM BY ITEM LIST OF RESPONSES TO REVIEW MEMOS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN, IF APPLICABLE. 

The fee schedule is determined by the Planning Department after a submission is made and plans are reviewed.
