Major Subdivision Applications
Any subdivision not classified as a minor subdivision, including but not limited to a subdivision of 6 or more lots or any size subdivision requiring any new street. A major subdivision requires a preliminary plat approval and a final plat approval.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THE PLANNING BOARD MUST INCLUDE A COVER LETTER EXPLAINING WHAT WAS REVISED ON THE PLANS SINCE THE LAST MEETING THE PROJECT WAS ON THE AGENDA AND AN ITEM BY ITEM LIST OF RESPONSES TO REVIEW MEMOS RECEIVED FROM THE TOWN, IF APPLICABLE.
The fee schedule is determined by the Planning Department after a submission is made and plans are reviewed.
