BUILDING DEPARTMENT REFERRALS:

1. Thyme Restaurant - 3605 Crompond Rd, Yorktown Legalizing Existing Signs
(The ABACA reviewed the signs on 6/22/10 & revisions were requested but were never submitted. The signs
are in existence).

2. Grace Lutheran Church - 3830 Gomer St, Yorktown Second Freestanding Sign
(The sign was previously reviewed on 8/24/10 and details were requested.).

3. Liberty Mutual - 1725 East Main St., Mohegan Lake Replace Existing Signs
(This is located in the Village Green Shopping Plaza near Ivy Dental).

4. Silverman aka Nancy Acres - Lot 18.1 - Williams Dr., Shrub Oak House/Grading Plans
(This is a proposed single family house in an approved 2-lot subdivision).

5. Faith Bible Church - 3500 Mohegan Ave., Mohegan Lake Proposed Building Elevations
(The ABACA reviewed this project on August 11, 2009 & requested full set of architectural drawings).
