The site is approximately 5 acres and is located at 2010 Maple Hill Street and 2015 Greenwood Street in the C-2 and C-4 zones. also known as Section 37.15, block 1, Lots 31 & 35 on the Town Tax Map.

A Public Informational Hearing was held on January 27, 2020.
