All other existing buildings are proposed to remain. The site is located at the address 366 Underhill Avenue, 360 Underhill Avenue, 355 Kear Street, and the adjacent corner lot on Kear Street and Route 118, in Yorktown Heights, NY 10598, also known as Section 37.18, Block 2, Lots 73, 74, 85, 86 respectively on the Town of Yorktown Tax Map. The parcels encompass a total of 3.13 acres in the C-2R zoning district.
