The Town Board approved the construction of 23 townhouse style homes on 2.62 acres in the Transitional Zone by Resolution dated December 20, 2022. The property is located at 2040 Crompond Road and was original called The Weyant.
On February 7, 2023, the Town Board approved a wetland permit for Homeland Towers, LLC to construct and maintain a radio transmission tower facility on Town property located at the corner of Route 6 and Hill Boulevard.
