Request from Town Board authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a retainer agreement with the law firm McCarthy Fingar, LLP, 11 Martine Avenue, White Plains, New York 10606, by which McCarthy Fingar LLP will represent the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals under the same terms and conditions as were set forth in the March 15, 2010, Wormser Kiely retainer agreement, as amended, for that work.
